Additional Terms for RUSHK

Order Acceptance

RUSHK reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale, pricing errors, or misuse of promotional offers.

Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Each order is eligible for one free shipment only.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee of ₹100 per product will be charged before the order is dispatched again.

RUSHK shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, natural disasters, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

By placing an order with RUSHK, you agree to the terms outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Key conditions include:

  • Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Only the product price is refundable.

  • Shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, and other service charges are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Customized Products

Customized, made-to-order, and personalized products cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order has been confirmed.

If a customized product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order details, RUSHK may provide a replacement or store credit after verification.

Product Representation

We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations may occur in:

  • Color appearance due to screen settings

  • Print placement

  • Fabric texture

  • Product dimensions

Such minor variations shall not be considered defects.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, graphics, product designs, logos, branding materials, website content, and creative assets displayed on the RUSHK website are the intellectual property of RUSHK and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RUSHK's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product purchased.

Under no circumstances shall RUSHK be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India.
